Country: USA
Language: English
Audio/Picture Quality: B
Mr. T's Be Somebody or Be Somebody's Fool (1984) - This is an
educational video, where Mr. T attempts to instill good values (honor thy
mother, don't give in to peer pressure, etc..) to kids through Rapping and
Breakdancing, among other things.
Coery Haim's Me, Myself and I (1989) - Corey Haim wrote and starred in
this exploitation movie, which is dedicated entirely to himself. Through the
course of it, we are led on a tour of his "everyday life, " which includes a
one-on-one hockey game with a middle aged man, him modelling the latest
fashions, and several "heartfelt" talks about what a decent guy he is.
Title: Creating Rem LezarRidiculously long sing-along sequences with thoughtful lines including "When I'm dreaming, I'm dreaming of a dream" & "Rem Lezar...slip into the night" (with the visual assistance of floating clip art-like illustrations of princess hats and skulls) are inserted at near random. A particularly memorable medley includes a frightening group of dancing a cappella greasers, an MC Hammeresque rapper with knee socks, and a manic violinist with floppy hair. Rem himself is a pleasant blue-haired man in a spandex suit and gaudy gold gloves who succeeds in averting suspicion as he guides two young children through Central Park in broad daylight and screams at a pulsing blob in the sky named Vorock. Along the way we, along with our quixotic young friends Zack and Ashlee learn that friendship and love are good, as is running away from home to build your imaginary friend into a life-sized doll and to sleep with him in an abandoned shack all night.

How To Become A Teenage Ninja
Year: 1990
Genre(s): Weird Childrens Stuff
Country: USA
Language: English
Audio/Picture Quality: B
Ah the early 1990s, this video will probably only make sense to those who were kids back then, and even then its a long shot. Basically this is a how to video aimed at kids to teach them how to become ninjas! You have to wonder how many kids went to school the next day and practiced kicking each other in the face and throwing ninja stars into each others eyes (hell, I'm not even a kid anymore and I'm considering it) great piece of sh.. I mean, Nostalgia!
Title: Jimmy The Boy Wonder Tired of the drudgery of his daily routine, young Jimmy shouts out, "I wish time would stop!" Somehow, his wish gets heard by the master clock, and everyone (except Jimmy) is frozen in their tracks. Observing this catastrophe is a magical astronomer, who sends his daughter Aurora to talk Jimmy into helping her undo the damage before the evil Mr. Fig siezes the opportunity to take over the world. As Jimmy and Aurora travel to the end of the world to replace the Golden Globe in the master clock, they pass through strange new places, all the while with Mr. Fig trying to stop them on their mission.
Title: Magic Land of Mother Goose For fans of hardcore strangeness. In 1967, gore/horror schlockmesister Hershall Gordon Lewis filmed a kid's stage show and tried to pass it off as a kiddie movie. Over-inflated Old King Cole escapes from Mother Goose’s Storybook ranting and raving about how bored he is. Out pops a real-life Raggedy Ann doll (who looks more like one of the monsters from Nightbreed than a child’s beloved plaything) to amuse the king. Unfortunately, this particular rag doll is not only lazy but a bit of a sociopath. Lo and behold, Merlin the Magician appears just in time to liven things up with his "amazing" feats of magic! See "Casper the Ghost" come to life! Not impressed? Well, he’s got plenty more tricks up his sleeve...

Title: Santa with MusclesHollywood Hulk Hogan. A name synonymous with fake wrestling, baldness, and bad acting. He's naughty, He's nice, and He's coming to save Christmas. The Hulkster stars as Blake Thorne, a big dumb prig with more money than he knows what to do with, so he spends his days playfully tormenting his house-servants. (The 'Stop and smell the roses!' line is a hoot!) Through a ludicrous turn of events, Blake gets amnesia and is convinced by a jerk named Lenny that he is the real Santa Claus. Hijinks, fistfights and eye-rolling sappiness ensue. Watch for two-count 'em-TWO instances of giant candy canes being used as weapons, a horrible song by Hulk and the little whiny girl, the equally stupid 'Blake's rules' and 'Santa's rules', and what is perhaps the most ridiculous McGuffin I've ever seen-but I'll leave that for you to discover.
