Milian is to be commended for his work here. Although he usually creates a ?character? (and he does that very well), here he has created a man, and a very believable one at that! Many rewards are in store for the patient; this Italian movie is both capably written and directed!

Melvin Dovereaux has finished his business in town and is getting ready to return home. Along the way his car is stuck in a traffic jam caused by a funeral. Suddenly, Melvin hears someone calling his name: a beautiful unknown woman appears as if from nowhere in a car next to his. When the police flag him on, the woman says "let's meet at the exit from Shrevenport" and speed off. Melvin follows her and tries to catch up in vain. He gets off the highway into a deserted road but finds that he's not alone. The hearse suddenly reappears and involves Melvin in a dangerous race, in which the man is chasing an unknown quarry and in turn in being chased by the hearse. He's not just losing the chase, he's losing his own mind. He sees his name written on a wreath inside the hearse. "Who is that in there?" he yells furiously. But no one answers. Full of anguish and fear he finally reaches the turn-off where the beautiful woman is waiting for him. Melvin can only hope that everything has been a dream and hasn't really happened to him at all. The last film directed by Lucio Fulci before his death.

Sam becomes a carrier and over hears their conversation, kills them both and they become tomorrow's dinner special. He makes "African Buns" and the people love them. He spreads the Ebola further because of the tainted meat. Sam goes to Hong Kong after finding his boss' hidden money pile and decides to go back to Hong Kong. He buys back his ex-girlfriend from her junkie husband but his happiness comes to and end as the Ebola Virus quickly spreads through out Hong Kong as the authorities, the medical community and His old boss' daughter come closing in on him. Good old Trevor Barley (hiding behind an alias, Roman Nowicki). Clearly spotting a gap in the market, he made this, an erotic horror about a serial killer murdering young women. Even though it was all made in the UK, fearing the authorities, Barley set it in Poland and hired Polish/Russian actresses who speak in their native tongue in the film, thus it's dubbed and looks like it comes from Poland. Clever! Why the Polish connection? Well Mr Barley has a Polish girlfriend and visits there regularly. He took a few exterior shots of cars, the outside of police stations etc and edited them into the final film. He is also worried about the local constabulary taking an interest in the film and wants to maintain interest by adding an air of mystery and therefore generating more sales. Fantasy and reality become blurred as a misogynistic, masked killer ritually stalks and kills beautiful women who he has encountered previously.

Yes, incredibly, Shwartz has no way of reproducing his bottle of serum...apparently he didn't take notes. Shcein, a reporter, begins to investigate this and a series of deaths that involve organ stealing. Frankenstein has created a monster, named "Mosaic" after his being made of many different body parts. Frankenstein uses this serum to keep the organs in Mosaic from "exploding"! Basically, what follows is a series of sadistic rape/murders committed by Mosaic...apparently he has a random appetite for this sort of thing.

There, Tony's palm is read by a gypsy, who tell him that he has the mark of the pentagram, and has the curse of the wolf upon him ("You will live forever, romaing the earth for eternity - until you get tired of packing.") Sure enough, that very night Tony is bitten by a werewolf accompanied by a gypsy fiddler.

She's terrific chewing the scenery as Anastasia Gargoli, mother to some rather objectional jerks who (along with their children) are trying to kill her for her inheritance. The only person kind to Granny is her bastard niece Kelly (well played by soft-core queen Shannon Whirry). Before dying, a magical elixir that promises eternal life is injested, and ends up backfiring. Since Kelly is screwed out of an inheritance, Granny returns as a cannibalistic zombie to settle the score. The Granny is thankfully played out in tongue-in-cheek fashion, so we get a lot of BLACK comedy (such as gags involving incest, decapitation, castration, grave robbing and more). Gore FX are effective and creative, but pretty mediocre. The performances are campy and fun.

Done a few years later in traditional animation, "Mad, Mad, Mad Monsters" tells the story of the Frankenstein Monster's marriage to his newly created Mate. The Baron, extremely proud of his new creation, feels the wedding must be done up right. He rents out a luxurious hotel for himself and his monster friends, much to the distress of the staff and other guests. The monsters quickly wreak havoc throughout, while Igor does his darnedest to steal the Mate for himself. Everything is chaos, and until the last minute, there's no way to be sure if the wedding will ever really happen at all.
 

Julia, a teacher in a school for the deaf, has a hideosly disformed and deranged twin sister that resides in the local looney bin. She escapes to gate-crash a surprise birthday party for Julia by murdering all the party guests with the help of a giant killer Alsation dog, which gets it's come-uppance when lobotomised by a power drill, in a scene that will offend most animal lovers.

Low rent semi-remake of Blood Feast (1963) - the movie that broke the barrier in showing gore on screen. In this version of the same story, instead of an Egyptian character we have a deranged Aztec high priest as the main character. A serial killer in a welder's mask stalks the streets of New Orleans during the Mardi Gras festival. He is a strange intense-looking guy who shows up at a bar which is also home to the town's prostitutes. He tells the chicks that he wants the most evil woman in the bar. The head ho points him into the direction of a fat breasted brunette. She tells him, 'I could win first place in any evil contest', and away they go. The Aztec priest takes her back to his place and makes her strip. He then ties her to a table in his basement and begins doing some magical ritual with baby oil that makes her nipples rise. He then proceeds to torture her by amputating hands, then feet, then 'the part that you use for evil'. These are then sacrificed to Coatla, the Goddess of the Four Directions and Queen of Evil. The sacrifice involves removing the victim's heart, in one victim after the next until the final prostitute is despatched. After hearing of the crime, a police detective who sleeps with a whore and gets all the inside tips from her, becomes involved with trying to catch the murderer. One interesting gore scene is where one of his victims has her stomach split open and bloody organs pulled out from within.

Similar to Tales from The Darkside, however, the stories in Monsters were rarely very straightforward action plots and often contained some ironic twist in which a character's conceit or greed would do him in, often with gruesome results. Adding to this was a sense of comedy often lost on horror productions which might in some instances lighten the audience's mood (often deceptively) but in many cases added to the overall eeriness of the production. For instance, the introduction of the show is a perverse take on a sitcom intro which begins with an aerial view of a neighborhood drawing closer to what seems to be merely a typical suburban home. The camera enters this seemingly innocuous setting as the family inside is discussing what to watch on television. They are revealed to be hideous humanoid creatures with an abnormal number of eyes and elongated, deformed faces who snack on candied insects, yet they are all dressed in very human-looking clothing and live with typical affluent suburban surroundings. The mother eyes what is on the television, "It's Monsters, our favorite show!" to which the daughter remarks, "Shh, it's starting," while the camera zooms in to the father's face, a sinister, dark laugh ending the segment. This is the COMPLETE series of Monsters that ran for 3 seasons before being cancelled. Please note that since this set is 6 disks they do not come with covers.

One night he breaks into the local mortuary and ravages really pretty female corpse. Now addicted, he raids the tombs of the dead and drinks blood from their throats via a glass straw. This seriously twisted and perverse piece of sleazy horror was apparently a major influence on Jorg Buttgereit's "Nekromantik". There is some gore and plenty of sleaze, so fans of exploitation cinema won't be disappointed.

If you've seen a million cheap 70's/80's horror movies with bodies in the cellar, 'shocking' revelations, and dreary drama interspersed with a few gory killings then you might consider this a notch above the rest. She was lonely. He was all she had. No-one would take him from her - and live... Susan Tyrrell ("Flesh & Blood") plays Cheryl Roberts, a frighteningly unstable woman who has to raise her nephew, Billy (Jimmy McNichol), when his parents are killed in a gruesome car accident in the opening scene. Aunt Cheryl's over affectionate behavior towards her 17-year-old nephew sets the creepy tone for this movie from the first five minutes, but the main plot starts after she stabs a plumber to death for refusing her sexual advances. She claims that he was trying to rape her, so a police investigation starts up that uncovers dark, past secrets and a homosexual love affair between the plumber, Billy's basketball coach (Steve Eastin), and possibly Billy himself. Bo Svenson, acting a little like a gruff, B-movie Nick Nolte, chews up his scenes as the blindly homophobic Detective Carlson. But, Tyrrell is the real star here -- her progression from disturbing, obsessive aunt to all-out, screaming, homicidal madwoman is something to watch.

He tells Joe about an incantation that he learned from the 'gooks' in Vietnam that will transform Joe's appearance into whatever he likes. A process he calls morphosynthesis, but at the same time he warns Joe that 'it makes you crazy if you do it too much'. That night Joe decides to give it a try, in a public place on a podium for some reason. Joe says a few words, does an extremely silly dance & starts yodelling. Joe finishes off by whistling London Bridge is Falling Down, listen yeah, I ain't making this up either. At first Joe is visibly disappointed when nothing significant happens. To console himself Joe tries to buy a porn mag but is shocked when the clerk (Kevin Devoy) refuses to sell it to an underage girl. Joe, the bright spark that he is, realises what has happened & talks his/her way out of it by claiming his/her dad had sent him/her to buy it. Joe, who now calls his alter-ego Josephine (Ann Flood), senses the possibilities & heads straight for the local high school. Joe befriends four teenage girls, Jennifer Armstrong (Laura Cummings), Crisi Stroud (Gail Didia), Tracy Harper (Heidi M. Gregg) & Brenda Kearn (Aimee Molinaro) while under his disguise, oh & Joe manages to become a pupil at the school simply by asking the sports teacher Miss Van Dyke (Vicki Hollis). Rapeman is called on to rape the ex-fiancé' of a jilted lover. The "target" is a nurse and Rapeman handles his duty at the hospital that she works at. Afterwards, when leaving the hospital, he overhears a bit of a strange conversation, but dismisses it for the moment. Later on - a young friend of the family is hit by a car and hospitalized. The little girl ends up dying under suspicious circumstances, and through the investigating prowess of himself, Uncle, and Rikako, they find that the hospital is wrapped-up in an organ harvesting ring and their little friend was one of the victims. This does not sit well with Keisuke (Rapeman's off-duty persona) and Uncle, and along with Rikako's help - they are determined to get to the bottom of it...

Somewhere in the Dominican Republic, a scientist creates a cross between rat and ape, which is poisonous and feeds on human flesh. Of course, the creature escapes and starts to kill everywhere. The sister of a missing model and an author of television crime stories start to investigate on their own and follow the monster's bloody route. This was one of the last "big" Italian gore shockers and has all the ingredients we've come to expect from such films as it is sleazy, sexist, gory and stupid as hell (heck, the scientist even wants to win the Nobel price for his monster!). The creature itself is, and that's a bit of a surprise, astoundingly scary (and ugly, too). There are forced Asian subtitles at the bottom of the screen but they aren't to intrusive or distracting.

An alternate, and longer take of Frank telling Freddy about the events in the 1960's with The Night Of The Living Dead. This scene version of the scene also has some extra dialogue where Freddy says that Night Of The Living Dead was on of the best movies ever. He also says it's impossible that it's true cause he would have heard about it. An extended scene where the punks are deciding what to do. As Chuck suggests that they hang in the cemetery, Suicide says, "lets pay our fucking respects!"
A deleted scene that shows Scuz, Spider, and Casey looking into a mausoleum and seeing all sorts of debris littered inside by other people who had previously partied there. Spider replies, "I don't ever want to be buried in a place like this!" then Scuz pinches Casey as she calls him a dork.
Extended scene from when the punks are all screaming about the zombie in the basement. As Tina suggests they call the cops, Scuz replies, "no because they'll kick out a**!" Casey and Chuck then tell the others where they saw Freddy. Tina gets mad for them not telling her.

At a mountain resort, a local resident is possessed by the evil spirit of an ancient mountain man, and terrorizes a ski lodge. These two masked bank robbers rob a bank and one of them tongues down a female hostage before they escape. When they get to their cabin hideout, it turns out they're both chicks! Cool. One of the girls puts on a black nightie and boots and then wastes the other chick so she can keep all the money for herself. She thinks she's pretty fucking cool until someone sneaks in the cabin and stabs her to death. I guess the police got the investigation done pretty fast, because the next day two couples rent the cabin. After a while, this guy possessed by Satan's Blade (it's a kitchen knife) shows up and kills all four of them plus most of the young chicks renting the cabin next door.

Sicko Jap trash about three punks who kidnap schoolgirls and gang rape them. When one tries to escape they tie her up and use her as a punching bag until she pisses herself. When she eventually dies (dropping those barbells on her probably wasn't a good idea) they drive her body out to a riverbank, drop it in a 50-gallon drum and fill it with cement. The End! Has that "based on a true story" feel to it because... it's based on a true story! In fact, one of our Japanese contacts informs us that the ringleader was recently released from prison after doing a 10-year stretch and promptly went out and tortured someone else! Optically censored and the tape had a few brief glitches but good quality otherwise. This is an extremly rare film and no subtitles for it are known to exist.

An unholy trinity of terror, three times the horror, three times the murders. This was a decent horror anthology movie. Two New Yorkers steal some videos from a video store, and take them to a female friend's apartment to watch. In the first one, an old man loves doing Punch & Judy shows for kids, and takes meticulous care of his puppets at home. His wife is fed up with it; they don't make enough money, and she wants him to burn them and move with his stepson to Canada for reliable work. We then see his family being attacked by a wooden board. Has Punch come to life, or has the old man gone nuts? In the second one, a couple move into a house their father was unable to sell. The wife sees a boy bicycling in the yard that no one else notices. She hears noises, and sees blood in the bathtub, then on a knife in the kitchen, then on the bannister. She starts seeing other people in the house, and then starts seeing those people bloody or dead. In the last segment, a young man races motorcycles, and works at a clothing store. He needs more money, which his boss offers to loan him. He takes a job gardening for a pair of old ladies to make the money he needs to pay his boss back. They're quite eccentric, believing in fairies and gnomes, and a pact their 16th century ancestor had with the fairies to help conceal her affairs from her husband. The young man discovers the old ladies have a chest full of money, and he decides to rob them with the help of his younger brother and a friend.

"Seytan" is a shameless Turkish remake of William Friedkin's "The Exorcist" that copies it scene after scene. It uses the same exact set-up as "The Exorcist"-a young girl, living with her well-to-do mother, becomes possessed by Satan after tooling around on a Ouija board. Of course there's the head spinning, the mustard spitting, the message written across her abdomen and even the scene where she comes downstairs to pee herself to the dismay of her mother and her guests. Some of the shots are even exactly the same and the house they use as the setting for most of the film looks pretty much like the one in Friedkin's "The Exorcist".This film is simply hilarious, so grab some beer and give this amusing piece of trash a look

What it does have is probably the most powerful 10 minutes of horror cinema you're ever likely to see...and some! Ultra violent and sexually graphic, 'Nekro' is a stunning little film that will both shock and scare you with its undiluted high impact onslaught of brutal horror.

The story opens on a seemingly abandoned warehouse where 4 young partygoers stumble across a sight unlike any they've seen before: a ritual feeding of sex zombies,who thrive on both flesh and sexual pleasure. One by one, the watchers are aroused and drawn into the erotic fray; where by force or by their nature, they surrender to carnal desire and become one with the zombies. As the orgy and body count grow in number, there remains one person who is pure of heart Will he surrender to an untapped desire or will he escape with his purity intact?

 Lost Paradise - This guy (Masami Akita) creates some of the most grating sounds you'll ever hear. The film (or is it a music video?) features a young woman performing seppuku (which more or less suicide by disembowelment). It has a creepy soundtrack and atmosphere. And yes, GORY!

Merzbow - Basically the same thing as above only with a different chick

Death Woman - Crazy Asian documentary in the vein of Traces of Death.

Biotherapy - "Biotherapy" is a fairly nasty Japanese gorefest about a group of Japanese scientists stalked and viciously butchered by a creepy-looking alien. This relatively unknown ultra low-budget splatter film is rather well-made and captivating. The gore effects by Osamu Miki are effective and suitably nasty for example the scene where a scientist has his eye pulled out is extremely graphic. There is also incredibly bloody moment in which a female scientist is sadistically murdered by having broken test tubes jammed into her body and the blood is spraying everywhere.""

SPK is an Australian industrial band which puts their music to autopsies and real photos of death. The grossest part of this tape is someone brought a video camera into the morgue and well liberties have been taken with the corpses. "Despair" mixes live performance of SPK with truly sick and bizarre imagery involving the mutilation of dead animals on stage.On the other hand, "Human Post Mortem" is simply a dupe from the original 1982 "Despair" tape. It's shows two incredibly graphic autopsies accompanied by SPK's industrial music. We see for example the mutilation of a dead cat, footage from death camps, foetal deformities, brain operations and grotesque corpses. In the most revolting sequence an individual manoeuvres a detached head to perform clumsy fellatio on a penis protruding from the severed, lower extremities of a corpse. In several ways "Despair" reminded me "The Way of Eden" by Robert Adrian Pejo-extremely disturbing documentary about death and dissection. The music of SPK will also give you nightmares for weeks-be sure to check out especially three of their early albums: "Leichenschrei", "Information Overload Unit" and "Zamia Lehmanni".

In the year 2002, mankind is dealing with the fallout of nuclear fury. Only two things remain, one is vicious Amazon women, the other is roving gangs of mutant men. The battle is on for the remaining future of mankind. The box art was pretty cool looking, the back even boasted of having the best special effects in ten years and the movie was said to include zombies, death and mayhem. The problem is the movie is actually a special effects “how to” video hosted by a vampire hunchback named Fang. Now don't turn away yet, because it's not all bad. The film uses the nuclear war story line to set up about four different little scenes, which after they are over they go back and show how everything was done, which I had to admit was pretty interesting. From masks, makeup, props, weapons, reverse filming, gore effects, puppetry and many more forms of horror movie magic are showed or explained, pretty much a crash course for the aspiring special effects man. There is also some T&A provided by some bikini clad women and there is also some pretty good beaver shots as in one scene a gorgeous girl fights off a mutant by literally screwing his brain out. There is more than one close up of her love hole, but watch out because she has some hairy-ass armpits. In one scene I couldn’t tell poon from pit hair, probably because my eyes were squinted shut due to my rapidly approaching orgasm. Sorry, but I've probably jerked off to more nudity and sex scenes in horror movies than any man alive, maybe.

A killer named the Breather terrorizes students at a high school. Whenever the killer finds students having sex, he kills them. He has some intense issues with which to deal. He likes to breathe heavily, and he likes to make prank calls while talking through a rubber chicken. STUDENT BODIES is a great, satirical take on the bevy of horror flicks that flooded theater and drive-in screens (and consequently, polluted video store shelves) in the eighties. Watching this group of no-name actors trudge through all the stock situations that teens in these flicks find themselves in goes to show how the people who conceived and made this flick got the joke long before most of us. What's incredible is that this movie came out in 1981, well before the genre peaked and the films became stale variations of HALLOWEEN, FRIDAY THE 13TH, OR NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET. While SCREAM was a black comedy/satire that pays homage to the genre, STUDENT BODIES plays it strictly for laughs, thumbing its nose at all the insolent jerks and dumb bimbos who, despite having knowledge of a killer on the loose, wander alone through isolated woods or dark hallways and wind up on the wrong ends of axes, chainsaws, butcher knives, or pitchforks. Creatures Created by the Evils of Men! In "The Wrap-Around Story", after a man leaves his mistress in their motel room, his wife sneaks in with a gun and ties the mistress up and forces the mistress to listen to two stories and critique them. The first is "The Box," and involves three hookers arriving in a mining town to move into a theater they bought to be their whorehouse. The town's mayor is upset, as he governs all the morals in the town. He has a box with a "thing" in it that people are afraid of: bad news for the hookers. Wolfang is traveling in outer space when a monster, which he sees as a beautiful woman, appears in his spaceship and makes love with him. Then the ship is forced to land on a planet which is a penal colony. Here he meets Miranda who falls in love with him. A group of prisoners uses him and his spaceship to fly away from the planet. But the monster which is by now inside Wolfang arouses and only Miranda's love can save him.

This Mexican gorefest is probably the funniest and most entertaining adventure movie ever made. In the 1950s, different people are looking for the treasure of the Amazon. For example a dubious woman, an elder man who knows the jungle (Whitman) and an old Nazi from Germany (great as ever: Donald Pleasence). Not only are they trying to outwit each other, but they also have to fight blood thirsty crabs, crocodiles and other animals, and not to forget a vicious tribe of Indios who like to behead their victims as soon as they capture them. Rene Cardona jr. surely didn't have that a big budget for this film, but he certainly does the best with it. Concerning gory effects, that is. In the most outrageous scene, a hapless adventurer gets his eyeballs ripped out by the vicious crabs

The second is about a boy (Play by Donkey Lips from Salute Your Shorts!) that has a weird hobby collecting flies and doing stuff with them. If your looking for a movie that is funny and scary you should check out the Willies because this movie is funny and scary.

As "Zipperface" descents into a whirlwind of madness, I was almost able to feel his grasp on his own sanity frantically slipping into a maniacal world. Nearly paralyzed by his demonic acts, I watched as he unremorsfully murdered not one, but SEVERAL hookers with a variety of bone chilling devices of torture. The unfortunate whores were only able to scream for a mere moment before their inevitable demise, but those very screams haunted my mind and soul for days.
