MUSIC:
2 Live Crew - Banned In The USA
Adventures of S.F.C. - S.F.C.
(Soldiers For Christ) is a Christian Rap group (you heard me) The documentary
follows the group around, goes backstage, and does all that kind of stuff.
Alice Cooper - The Nightmare (with Vincent Price). Also contains
"Amazing Mr Brickford" the infamous stop motion film by Frank Zappa
Art Of Rozz Williams -
Home video camcorder footage
of a retrospective of former Christian Death front man Rozz William's recorder
shortly after his suicide. The tape also features footage from his post funeral
"party" in which fans, and loved ones attend a
transcendental performance art show in his honor. Watch for Kenneth Anger
hanging around and getting harassed.
Barf Boy: Vomitorium - The lead singer of a band called Skitzo can projectile vomit on comnand, so he does just that! Vomiting on thing such as instruments, blow up dolls, his girlfriends tits, and more! Features music videos, interviews, a short film and more|
Beach Boy Goes Nutzoid - While the Beach Boys are being inducted into the Rock N’ Roll Hall Of Fame, Mike Love refuses to leave the stage and the madness and insults begin!
Birth Of The Beatles - British director Richard Marquand graduated from BBC documentaries to dramatized features with 1979's Birth of the Beatles. This chronicle of the Fab Four begins when the group consisted of five musicians: John Lennon (Stephen MacKenna), Paul McCartney (Rod Culbertson), George Harrison (John Altman), Stu Sutcliffe (David Wilkinson), and Pete Best (Ryan Michael). The group begins its career in the dregs of a Hamburg, Germany nightclub (most of the film was made on location). Under the tutelage of manager Brian Epstein (Brian Jameson), the group sheds its rough-hewn image in favor of choirboy haircuts and Eton collars; along the way, Sutcliffe dies and drummer Best is replaced by Richard Starkey, (aka Ringo Starr, played here by Ray Ashcroft). First aired in the U.S. on November 23, 1979, Birth of the Beatles is significant as the only Beatle biopic made while John Lennon was still alive.

Degeneration Punk - Made in 1997, this rare French made documentary covers three very influential years in the shaping of punk rock: 1976-1979. Punk rock music was emerging as a solid genre, standing apart from the fuzzed out garage rock that came before it. This video documents the bands that pushed the envelope--The Clash, Sham 69, Generation X, The Dead Boys, X-Ray Spex, and more! In English w/ French subs. Oh yeah--we threw on some cool bonus stuff afterwards too---PIL on American Bandstand/Tom Snyder, a few live TV performances from The Clash, some bizarre Donahue “punk rock moments”, and a touch of G.G. Allin too! (B+/C- for some of the clips afterwards)
Dream Deceivers: The Story Behind James Vance vs.Judas Priest - Inside look at the Judas Priest "Subliminal Suicide" trial where the parents of two dimbulb headbangers blamed their sons' shotgun suicide pact on secret messages hidden in the lyrics of one the band's songs. The case was eventually thrown out of court, no doubt due at least in part to the irrefutable logic of lead singer Rob Halford's contention that encouraging his fans to kill themselves would be more than a little counterproductive!
Dresden Dolls - 2004-08-13 - Detroit, MI - The Magic Stick
Eat the Document - Eat the Document is a documentary film about Bob Dylan's legendary 1966 tour of Europe with The Band. This was the tour on which Dylan was booed for "going electric". This film was originally intended to be a concert film for television, but was re-edited by Dylan to include backstage footage, private jam sessions, and sight-seeing in the cities of the tour. Presented without narration, it is a rather incomprehensible film, but it does capture the hectic and tedious feeling of the life of a musician on the road. A definate "must-see" for hardcore fans of Bob Dylan, his work, and his history. Also included on this disc are some other Dylan related items: Cab ride with John Lennon and Bob Dylan - running time 21:06, quality: D, Footage from a television special (late 60's?) with a very young Bob Dylan playing two solo tunes, and one duet with Johnny Cash. Running time 8:12, quality: C/D, Studio outtake footage with Bob Dylan and Johnny Cash - running time 3:20, quality: D, Television news special about Dylan and his career, with interviews (post-Live Aid) - running time: 18:43, quality: C, Plus about 20 minutes of home-made concert footage (low quality).
El Duce: The Man, The Myth, The Legend - a documentary following around El Duce, the leader of the world's last Rape Rock band The Mentors. See El Duce drink, violate women, and go on insane rants.

Feast of Friends - This documentary film is a montage of clips of The Doors as they tour the country. Concert footage is intermixed with backstage footage, conversations and cerebral musings. Includes some rare and interesting riot footage from concerts in Cleveland and New York. Video quality of this print is rough, but it is watchable and enjoyable and the sound is decent.

In this 40 minute video, she takes on corruption, the mindless masses, poverty, greed, exploitation and a slew of other hard hitting topics in her own poetic way--filmed on the streets of New York, down dirty alleys, in gritty bars and through city streets. She keeps it real, for sure

Weird Al Yankovic: The Compleat Al - Fact
and fiction are mingled in this mockumentary about the career of music parodist
"Weird Al" Yankovic. In retelling his life story, the film includes several of
his music videos, including "Ricky" and "Eat It."
Weird Al Yankovic Biography - Biography from
Bio TV. Also includes high quality music videos for "Do I Creep You Out" &
Trapped In The Drive Thru"
Weird Al Yankovic FunPak - Features 1 -
VH1's "Driven" on Weird Al - Interviews with family and friends about the star
when they were growing up and seeking fame and fortune. These "Driven" specials
generally run from the star's birth until their first hit record. Source: EP
VHS with HiFi Audio. 2 - AlMusic - 1992 - Special in a series of "takeovers"
where Al comes to Canada's MuchMusic music video station and plays only what he
wants to watch. These were originally done on MTV, I believe, but the Canadian
aspect is different for those who think they have seen them all. This worked
well enough for them to do this again several more times. Al edits interviews
with celebrities and adds hilarious voice-overs to popular videos of the day.
Source: EP VHS, Linear mono audio (hiss removed and EQ boosted a bit for
oomph.). 3- "Before They Were Rock Stars" - Series segment similar to "Driven",
but the shows focused on 2 or 3 stars per episode, so the segments were much
shorter. Contains some fun film of Al in the early 80's at a barbeque
entertaining with his accordian! Source: EP VHS with HiFi Audio
Weird Al Yankovic TV Appearances - Various
Weird Al TV Appearances including VH1, MTV, Award Shows and more!
Weird Al Yankovic UHF Bonus Disc - Various
TV spots and such related to the movie
Whitehouse: Ultra Volumes 1 & 2 - weird home
videos released by the noise band. Very rare, not the greatest quality in the
world but I guess when a video is based on nothing but blaring noise it
shouldn't look to good to begin with.
Whitehouse: Ultra Volumes 3 & 4 - even rarer
then the first 2 volumes! Again, quality is questionable but probably as good as
its going to get.
Women In Rock - 80s documentary about women in punk rock featuring Siouxsie and the Banshees, Maria D, The Slits, and Liliput
