MTV Buzzkill - Before they had "Jackass" or "The Tom Green Show" MTV had the reality series "Buzzkill" which featured three slacker buddies staging elaborate pranks and catching it all on tape with the help of special hidden cameras. Such pranks included fake auditions, fake fashion shows and photo shoots, one member of the series even got away with successfully impersonating fashion designer Isaac Mizrahi at a gala event and even super-star Whitney Houston was fooled (Ms. Houston was not happy when she learned it was a hoax). 2 Episodes (1 DVD)

MTV's Fear - MTV's Fear was an MTV reality show in 2000, that placed a group of 5 or more contestants in a reputedly haunted location and led them on a series of dares over two nights to explore whether or not the place was haunted. This is the complete series + uncut pilot and some more extras. (5 DVDs)

Mulholland Drive TV Pilot - Directed by David Lynch. Finally a nice print of the original version of Mulholland Fall; the version they tried to air on TV, but,of course ABC thought it was too odd; well, it is.

Night Flight
- See the Night Flight Episode Guide for my full collection (New Additions 9/20/2007)

Night Stand - 11 episodes. The quality is far from what I'd call great, but still watchable and among the only copies I've ever seen. Mocking Jerry Springer-like talk shows, Night Stand was a fake talk show hosted by lovable, Dick Dietrick, played masterfully by Timothy Stack. Dick would bring on ridiculous guests and go into a plethora of even more ridiculous questions. A Springer/Ricky Lake- type show, the "Dick Dietrick Show" would bring on guests that not even fans of the entire "outrageous" talk show genre would want to see. Many of the themes had sexual overtones, obvious to everyone watching, except for Dick himself who would make comments that everyone else found explicit, but Dick himself thought nothing of it. Soon after he would scold the audience when realizing the sexual overtone, and say, "People, no....no." (2 DVDs)

Night Visions - Night Visions is an anthology series similar to The Twilight Zone - some tales are supernatural, others are just commentaries on twisted human nature. Each hour episode is made up of two half-hour episodes aired back-to-back. (6 DVDs)

On The Air - The year is 1957. The cast and crew of the Lester Guy Show are extremely apprehensive about their upcoming live television broadcast on the Zoblotnick Broadcasting Co. network. Lester Guy despises fellow cast member Betty Hudson for unknowingly becoming more popular than him and schemes to destroy her career. Only two of the seven episodes were written by David Lynch.

Out Of This World - The series revolves around Evie Garland, who is the daughter of Troy and Donna Garland. Troy, however, is an alien from the planet Anterias. As a benefit of her half-alien parentage, Evie develops three powers as the series progresses. She can pause and un-pause time, "gleep" objects into existence, and can transport herself from one place to another. Very campy and straight out of the 80s! Various Episodes, most with commercials (7 DVDs)

Out Of This World - 67 episodes WITHOUT commercials and with episode selection menus! (8 DVDs)

Pac-man - Cartoon series based on the hit video game! Complete Series (2 DVDs)

Paul Lynde Halloween Special 1976

Pinweel - This children's variety show from Nickelodeon's early days featured puppets interacting with live actors in "Sesame Street"-like situations, along with various animated shorts from overseas. At 5 hours in length, "Pinwheel" kept children occupied well into the afternoon. 3 disc set!! (3 DVDs)

PicturePages - PicturePages was a short (10-15 minutes, I think) program in which Bill Cosby helped kids with activities in an activity book. You could buy the activity book and play along. Various episodes

Pitts, The - The Pitts was a short-lived sitcom that aired on FOX in March and April of 2003. It dealt with the misadventures of the Pitt family, who have earned the unfortunate but accurate title of "the unluckiest family in the world". The series was created by former Simpsons writer and showrunner Mike Scully and his wife, Julie Thacker-Scully. The style of the show can best be described as a live-action Simpsons Halloween special, with deliberately absurd plots and cartoonish sight gags. Complete series with episode selection menu (1 DVD)

PJs, The - I put this set together from multiple sources, some are really high quality (almost DVD quality) from Bravo. Others are from the original FOX broadcasts, some are pretty rough but I would consider all of them watchable. Contains all of Seasons 1 & 2 and 4 episodes from Season 3 (2 of which never aired in the USA). Thurgood Stubbs lives with his wife Muriel in the housing project where he is the chief superintendent. The show, created by Eddie Murphy (who provides Stubbs' voice), follows the adventures of the Stubbs family and the others in the building, animated through a process called 'Foamation.' (4 DVDs)

Playboy’s Roller Disco & Pajama Party - Take a fun romp through the Playboy mansion in this cheesy and ridiculously fun made for TV special from 1979! There’s no nudity here, but plenty of scantily clad women disco dancing with stars, playing volleyball outside, roller skating, and getting sexy in some upstairs lingere photo shoots! Plus, there’s appearances from Muppets, actor James Caan, Richard Dawson, the Village People, and lots more! Finally, this includes all the original commercials as well, so you can find out stuff like which episode of Three’s Company was about to air, and revisit some classic commercials too. Ragu, anyone?

Pokemon: The Subliminal Shock Episode - So here's the infamous episode of Pokemon that aired in Japan back in December of 1997, featuring cute and cuddly creatures and a family friendly storyline. So what's the big deal?! Well apparently, in this episode, certain parts of the battle sequences used a series of rapidly flashing blue and red light to heighten the experience. That was a bad move, because it sent tons of Japanese youngsters to the hospital, reporting symptoms like nausea and even epileptic seizures! So then it was replayed on the news later that night and even more folks flipped out! As a result, the only episode using this technique was banned, never to be shown again….until now! Now you can see what all the hub-bub was about on this DVD, which includes the full episode, plus some news reports about the fiasco from Japanese TV. Here's a bonus too—an exclusive Freektastic video remix of the battle sequences in question, that if you watch too closely…you might DIE!!! You've been warned sucka! In Japanese with no English subs.

Pound Puppies - Saturday-morning cartoon series whose main characters, the wrinkled Pound Puppies, were inspired by the popular line of stuffed toys. Complete original series + the All New Pound Puppies revival series, as well as the original pilot. The series is in order with animated episode selection menus (3 DVDs)

Quark - A spoof of Science Fiction films and television series, "Quark" chronicled the adventures of Adam Quark, captain of a United Galactic Sanitation Patrol ship. His cohorts included Gene/Jean, a "transmute" with male and female characteristics; a Vegeton (a highly-evolved plant-man) named Ficus; Andy the Android and Betty and Betty (who were always arguing over who was the clone of the other). Based at Space Station Perma One were Otto Palindrome and The Head. Though Quark was supposed to stick to his sanitization patrols, he and his crew often met adventure with such colorful space denizens as the evil High Gorgon (the Gorgons were the villains), Zoltar the Magnificent, and Zargon the Malevolent. Complete Series (3 DVDs)

Rainbow Brite - On another planet, a girl called Wisp discovers an end to the universe's dark times and becomes the keeper of color. Thus her name changes to Rainbow Brite. As she battles silly villains like Murky and Lurky who prefer gray, Rainbow makes friends with many creatures. I feel like less of a man for owning this. Complete Series (1 DVD)

Rap Cartoons: Hammerman & Kid N' Play
- This is corny as hell, but really entertaining in a weird way. Get ready for two full episodes of an animated MC Hammer cartoon from the early 1990's….We refuse to tell you the plot, strictly because all you really need to know is that there's an animated version of MC Hammer…and that should be enough for you to get really baked and trip out on. And as if that wasn't enough, we also threw on two full episodes of the obscure Kid ‘N Play cartoon series that aired in the early 1990's too! Animated Kid, animated Play--together!!! Feel the funk!!!

Simon in the Land of Chalk Drawings - Arguably one of the coolest, most imaginative children’s cartoons ever produced, if for no other reason than doing so much with a minimalist approach (making the most of line drawings). Each episode was roughly 4 to 6 minutes long, and featured a young chap named Simon, who would enter into “Chalk Drawing Land” by climbing a ladder over a tall fence--a fantasy land where all kinds of weird and wonderful things happened. This collection has almost a full hour of Simon episodes, which is much more than you’ll find anywhere else. Worth it for the theme song alone….oh yeah, this was the cartoon that Mike Meyers spoofed during his time at SNL. Highly recommended.
